DARRYL LEE MBE MRICS

Darryl is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the North West property industry. He worked as an agent for both local and national firms before setting up his own practice which he ultimately sold to General Accident.

Darryl will be able to give strategic advice in those situations where clients require more than just day to day management of their assets. He can specifically help with problem properties, drawing on years of experience and a myriad of property contacts in the retail, industrial and office sectors.

PHIL SPARK MRICS

Phil has over 10 years’ experience in all aspects of Commercial property with a specific focus on Property Management. Having worked for a national agent (Lambert Smith Hampton) and in-house for a Landlord (Emerson Group), Phil has the breadth of experience necessary to manage portfolios of any size and in any sector.

Skilled at Rent invoicing/collections, Service Charge Budgeting/Reconciliation, Contracts Management, H&S Compliance and dealing with Landlord/Tenant repair obligations.
